SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be longer for regional or rural areas, or during peak holiday periods.
Shipping Providers
We use a variety of shipping providers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery possible. Our primary shipping providers are Australia Post, but we may also use other reputable shipping companies. Please note that customers are responsible for customs duties in their country and will be contacted directly by local customs agencies to settle these charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes packages may be damaged or lost in transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider. If the package cannot be located, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
